Lea Boyce

I have an extensive background working with large family businesses in leadership roles including my own family office, BOYCE Family Office.

 

My areas of specialty include business investments, family office, succession, governance, property development and philanthropy. I'm also active in the anthropological studies of generational family relationships.

With strong belief in the importance of every family members role, I am committed to supporting and being a champion for the matrilineal descendants in families and young female entrepreneurs.  I mentor, support and empower others to be the best version of themselves without the baggage and pressure of previous generations or other outside influences.

 

I'm a skilled facilitator and currently facilitate the Family Business Australia Women in Family Business Forum Groups. I encourages my audience to connect with themselves on a deeper level and to understand the "why" behind all that they do.

 

I am an active board member, including the National Board of Family Business Australia (Deputy Chair) and an advisory board member to clients. I am a member of Australian Institute of Company Directors, Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and global family advisors organisations including Collaboration for Family Flourishing (CFF - based in USA) and Family Firm Institute (FFI).  

Ensuring that I make a difference and leaves a legacy I am an active philanthropist and work with others on assisting them to develop their own philanthropic journey. My particular passions are children and women's health, the arts and gender issues and I love guiding clients to find what they are passionate about to ensure the longevity and success of their philanthropic plans.
